Talking Angela - Healthy Vegan Ice Cream (Yummy Recipe)
Length: 1:40
Description: I don't know about you, but I ADORE ice cream!! That's why I'm super excited about my latest recipe. It's the easiest, quickest ice cream recipe. And it's healthy! It only uses a few ingredients and you probably already have them at home! It's so delicious! You HAVE to give it a try.

Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 - 2 tablespoons plant based milk (e.g. soy, rice, almond, coconut or oat)
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
Couple of dates (soaked and drained) or a splash of maple syrup
Pinch of cinnamon
Splash of vanilla essence

Topping
1 - 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 - 3 tablespoons of raw cacao powder

Instructions
The night before you want to make the ice cream, pop some pieces of banana in the freezer.
Grab the frozen banana pieces from the freezer and throw them into a blender (or a food processor).
Add a small amount of plant-based milk, a tablespoon of raw cacao, a bit of maple syrup or a couple of soaked dates.
If you're feeling fancy, add a splash of vanilla essence and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
Blend the mixture until it's smooth.
For the topping: mix some cocoa powder and coconut oil and melt it together gently in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of boiling water and drizzle it over your ice cream.
